TestFlight beta access

Include whether you are a student, educator, or student support team member. Share your university, study area, and device type only if you are comfortable doing so.

Account or data help

Include the email address used with Plom and a short description of what you need. Do not send sensitive academic documents through email unless support specifically asks for them.

Bug reports

Include what happened, what you expected, your device model, iOS version, app version if visible, and whether you installed through TestFlight.

Privacy requests

Use the subject line "Privacy request" and include the email address connected to your Plom account so the correct beta account can be identified.

What support can help with

  • Joining or leaving the beta list.
  • Reporting issues with assignments, deadlines, chat, or uploads.
  • Requesting help with account access, correction, or deletion.
  • Asking privacy questions about diagnostics, uploaded material, or beta data.
